Contact any of the above Caterers and they will gladly mail you menus and/or invite you to their private tasting receptions. Your caterer and our event planning staff are valuable resources at your disposal. Caterers will provide cloth linens, plates, silverware, etc. A facilities fee of 8% of total bill is assessed to each caterer. It is the caterer's responsibility to pay this fee, however, you should expect this fee to be incorporated into your bill. Catering list is subject to change. If you choose a non-preferred caterer, there is a $3 fee per person that is to be paid in full before the event. |
